Founded in 1962, the Eitzen Agency (EAI) has served the insurance needs of the community of Fairview, the neighbors of Northwest Oklahoma, and the citizens of Oklahoma at large.

We are located at 102 S. Main - at the downtown stoplight in Fairview, Oklahoma. While we choose to do business in a small town, we feel that our agency can still offer you big city choices.

Wesley R. Eitzen, our founder, has preached (and still does) that the customer pays us their hard earned premium dollars in exchange for a promise - a promise of receiving service and coverage when they need it the most.
